The Assistant Community Manager oversees daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. Responsibilities include managing rent collection, personnel, leasing, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines. You will also supervise staff and property operations in the absence of the Community Manager.
Compensation is based on skills and experience, with a total rewards package including benefits, 401K, bonuses, and paid leave.
