Currently, ECM is searching for an Assistant Community Manager to work at Indian Springs Apartments in Broken Arrow, OK.
This position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the daily aspects of on-site management and operations for the community. The assistant will also assist the Community Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Understanding of compliance documents and deadlines. A commitment to exceptional customer service and strong team-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail. Knowledge of tax credit programs is required; HUD/Section 8 experience is preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience. Background screening and drug testing are required.
