Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in office operations, leasing performance, resident relations, and team coordination to help the property achieve sales, service, and operational goals. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and collaboration with leasing staff to optimize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will handle account management, renewals, move-ins and outs, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of multifamily or closely related experience.
  • 1+ year of supervisory or training experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and coaching skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with administrative and property management software.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing operations and resident lifecycle management.

  • Proficiency with property management software and leasing platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage operational reports, resident accounts, and leasing activity
  • Experience with budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative systems
  • Ability to maintain accurate resident, financial, and leasing records
  • Familiarity with digital resident communication and work order systems
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new operational and reporting technologies quickly
  • Physical/Work Requirements
  • Mix of office, touring, and onsite operational activity
  • Weekend participation may be required

  • 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Paid parental leave provisions after six months to four weeks or after two years to twelve weeks, depending on caregiver status and circumstances.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses with potential repayment obligations if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
