Job summary

Sequoia Equities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in California to deliver exceptional customer service across multi-million dollar assets. You’ll be analytical and ready to support the team, stepping in when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with bookkeeping or admin tasks in real estate, hospitality, retail, or related field.
• Preferred schedule: Tuesday-Saturday.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with Yardi, Onesite, REBA; management experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $25 - $30 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
