FirstService Residential in Chicago, IL, is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager to support the Community Association Manager with leases, admin tasks, and resident relations in Lakeshore East.
You will organize files, manage leases via Connect, prepare board packets, and help generate reports while ensuring prompt service to residents and contractors. Experience in community management is preferred.
Job Overview: As an Assistant Community Association Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Community Association Manager through timely completion of assigned administrative and project duties. Youl will hold expertise in the areas of lease administration, income/expense management and administration, and resident relations. This opportunity is available in the Lakeshore East neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.
