Job summary

RiseMe, a large commercial property management company, seeks an Assistant Property Manager to oversee upkeep, repairs and maintenance of an assigned portfolio of shopping centers, retail, office and government buildings.

Duties include reviewing invoices, preparing work orders and bids, and preparing management reports. Strong MS Office skills and a valid Ohio driver’s license are required for travel to properties.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial real estate management is required.
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices, prepare payment packages and authorize payment.
• Prepare work orders and obtain bids for repairs (parking lot lights, asphalt repairs, striping, HVAC and roof leaks).
• Prepare and update property management reports.
• Review monthly operating statements and analyze variances.
• Respond to tenant requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
• Assist with day-to-day management and operation of assigned commercial and government properties.
• Assist with periodic projects and prepare work orders, purchase orders, and service agreements.
