Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of fundamentals, training, strategy and tactics.
• Ability to run organized practice sessions focusing on skill development and teamwork while also developing an understanding of essential concepts and strategies.
• Knowledge of NJSIAA rules and regulations.
• Appropriate Certification required (will specify upon acceptance of the position).
• Ability to work in a team concept.
• Ability to provide and maintain a positive learning environment with a high standard of conduct.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, administration, parents and community members.
