Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience coaching bowling at the collegiate level or equivalent high-level experience.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, leadership, and program development.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and travel as needed.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Aquinas College.

  • Responsible for assisting the Head Coach in meeting the required roster numbers on both programs by recruiting and retaining student-athletes who align with the values and academic standards of Aquinas College.
  • Foster a positive team culture within both the varsity and reserve team that emphasizes personal development, academic achievement, sportsmanship, and service.
  • Assist with the coordination of scheduling of practices, games, and team travel in compliance with college and conference guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with NAIA, WHAC, and institutional rules and regulations.

Aquinas College, a member of the NAIA and the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC), is seeking a part-time assistant bowling coach who will be responsible for aiding and supporting the Head Bowling Coach. The ideal candidate will uphold and promote the mission of Aquinas College while assisting in building competitive and academically successful programs rooted in integrity, leadership, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
