This role supports the Head Coach and adapts quickly to changing priorities to drive overall store results.

You will partner with the Head Coach on talent acquisition, lead ongoing training, coach performance, and ensure safety, cash handling, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week including weekends.
