• Build positive relationships with student-athletes, staff, faculty, and the community.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletic Director.

This role focuses on teaching sport-specific skills, promoting academic success, fostering good sportsmanship, and contributing to a positive team culture while ensuring compliance with institutional and conference policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with planning and conducting practices, workouts, and competitions.
• Teach and develop individual and team skills, strategies, and fundamentals.
• Support the recruitment and evaluation of prospective student-athletes.
• Monitor student-athletes' academic progress and encourage academic success.
