360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor I for a part-time, hybrid role in Riverside, CA. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, mentor clinical staff, and help shape treatment plans while continuing to impact clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field, with 1+ year of ABA experience. Supervisory potential is welcomed and training will be provided to grow into leadership.

• 1+ year of ABA experience, including direct client care.
• Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train and support your development.
