Job summary

Animate Behavior LLC seeks a clinical supervisor to oversee daily operations of client services programs and supervise RBTs and BTs under BACB guidelines. You will ensure fidelity of treatment, data collection, and program integrity while coordinating with the CS to optimize outcomes.

Candidate must have BCaBA-equivalent coursework and substantial experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, across school, home, and community settings, with strong organizational and leadership

Qualifications

• BCaBA equivalent coursework is required.
• 1200 total experience hours are required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision across environments (school, home, community).
• Knowledge of developmental milestones and early childhood education experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct client supervision activities: supervises BT and RBT, collects data, evaluates supervision effectiveness weekly, assists with monthly evaluations, conducts BT note audits, disseminates company culture, policies and procedures, troubleshoots issues, assists with competency renewals.
• Indirect client supervision activities: proposes treatment goals and data systems, summarizes data weekly, evaluates progress, adjusts protocols per supervision direction, reviews progress with CS to refine treatment.
• Administrative activities: meets productive hour requirements, maintains 75% direct service ratio, creates and adheres to schedules, prepares for meetings, communicates needs to supervisor, maintains safety, ethics, credentials, completes deadlines and training, handles scheduling coverage and client accommodations, converts timesheets.
