Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring an Assistant Clinical Research Associate to support site management and remote monitoring across studies. You will perform pre-study activities, organize training, and assist with regulatory documentation in line with SOPs and ICH GCP guidelines.

The role involves collaboration with the CRA and Clinical Lead, with potential limited travel and a focus on quality, compliance, and efficient data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or RN certification or equivalent and relevant qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in clinical trials/clinical research.
• Willingness to travel up to 60 miles of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Completes study and site management activities as defined in task matrix.
• Completes and documents study-specific training and system orientations.
• Supports pre-study assessments and site management activities.
• Verifies document collection and site information; supports remote monitoring.
• Coordinates and supports vendor-related qualification and site payments processes.
