Qualifications

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
  • Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility).
  • 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic clinic experience.

  • Ownership, accountability and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As Assistant Clinic Director, you’ll balance patient care, leadership, and operations to support a high-performing clinic and an exceptional patient experience.


You’ll focus on:

Clinical Care



  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care with a full, productive caseload

  • Complete timely, accurate documentation aligned with compliance standards

  • Support clinic growth through patient experience and relationship building

  • Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, aides, and front office team to support clinic success

What You Bring:
