Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare in Pflugerville, TX seeks an Assistant Clinic Director (PA/APN/APRN/FNP) to lead clinical operations and deliver high-quality care. The role blends clinical duties with leadership, reporting to the Clinic Director and Medical Director to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

The ideal candidate has Texas PA/APN credentials, DEA registration, and at least one year of practice, with strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse.
• Current DEA registration.
• At least one year of clinical practice experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain medical information in clear, patient-friendly language.
• Availability to work clinic hours and two Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using established treatment protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans for hormone-related and wellness concerns.
• Support wellness and aesthetic services as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director, Medical Director, and operations team to maintain clinic quality and performance.
• Assist with day-to-day leadership and supervision of clinic staff.
• Build trusting relationships with patients through education and compassionate care.
• Help create a positive, collaborative clinic environment focused on quality care and patient satisfaction.
