The City of Surprise is seeking an attorney to prosecute misdemeanor offenses and code violations in Municipal and Superior Court under supervision. You will conduct legal research, prepare motions, try cases, draft appellate briefs, and argue appeals, with guidance from more senior prosecutors.
Must be a member of the State Bar of Arizona with a current license to practice law in Arizona, and possess Juris Doctor degree. Prior municipal court experience is a plus; EEO/ADA employer.
