City of Fort Worth is seeking an Assistant City Attorney II to join the General Counsel Division. The role focuses on providing legal advice to City bodies and staff on municipal law issues, drafting and reviewing city documents, and advising on contracts and records requests.
The position requires a Juris Doctorate, Texas bar license, and at least five years of municipal or related government law experience.

An Assistant City Attorney II position is available with the City Attorney's Office in the General Counsel Division. This position does not involve litigation, although the attorneys in the General Counsel Division will occasionally work with and advise litigators in the Litigation Division on matters. Other duties may also be assigned.
