Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must meet Florida licensing requirements for the role.
• Must have completed 45 Hours of Florida DCF Training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with preschool teachers to implement our curriculum and use engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Maintain quality, health and safety standards across daycare classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming, engaging daycare space for children.
• Communicate with parents and families about their child’s adventures and milestones via apps and discussions.
