About This Role

Chroma Early Learning Academy of Marietta seeks enthusiastic teachers who love singing, dancing, storytelling, and nurturing young, energetic children. This full‑time position (Monday through Friday) offers a fun working environment and hourly pay that varies with experience and degree level.

Required work location: In person. Candidates will collaborate with co‑teachers to complete daily classroom activities, including implementing the curriculum, changing diapers, feeding, cleaning, and sanitizing.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and manage daily class functions for a group of children.
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
• Observe all rules and regulations at Chroma Early Learning Academy and local, state, and national agencies.
• Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance.
• Assess each child’s developmental needs on an ongoing basis.
• Implement approved lesson plans and the daily classroom schedule per the Chroma Early Learning Academy curriculum and programming.
• Maintain an attractive, well‑kept classroom that encourages creativity, exploration, and confident decision‑making.
• Provide verbal recognition and acceptance to children while setting clear and consistent behavioral expectations.
• Assume responsibility for maintenance and housekeeping duties of the classroom, common areas, and playgrounds.
• Attend all staff meetings, workshops, and school functions.
• Maintain overall professional appearance according to the Academy Employee Handbook.
• Apply knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children.
