Temporary Assistant Child Care Teacher, Georgetown Law Early Learning Center – Georgetown University. The Assistant Teacher creates a nurturing, responsive, and engaging learning environment; implements sound early childhood practices and developmentally appropriate activities, ensures healthy and safe spaces, and complies with Georgetown, OSSE, and other policies and regulations. This position is located, just a few blocks from the U.S. Capitol, on the campus of Georgetown Law.
Georgetown Law Early Learning Center (GLELC) helps to support the University’s mission by addressing the need for the early education and care of the young children of faculty, staff, and students. This position reports to the Director of Georgetown Law Early Learning Center. The position also interacts with university families that include student, faculty, and staff, alumni, and enrolled families from the greater metropolitan community.

The projected hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $19.80- $24.20. Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
