Tradewind Aviation, LLC in White Plains, NY, seeks an Assistant Chief Pilot to support Northeast operations. This in-office role, with limited flying, partners with the Chief Pilot to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth flight operations.

You will oversee pilot activity in the region, mentor crews, assist with training and onboarding, and help maintain FAA compliance and company standards. Candidates should hold Commercial or ATP with appropriate ratings and demonstrate leadership

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 135 regulations and operational requirements.
• Previous supervision or pilot development experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, support on-call operational needs, and travel occasionally.
