Job summary

PAM Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to lead nursing services across a hospital. The role requires RN licensure in good standing, a Bachelor's degree, and substantial clinical nursing experience with leadership exposure.

You will oversee staffing, patient safety, and policy implementation, while participating in the organization-wide care strategy. The ACNO position offers a comprehensive benefits package, competitive compensation, and professional growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years clinical nursing experience and three (3) years in nursing management preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS required

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the nursing unit(s)/hospitals.
• Direct all nursing service activities for the hospital assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios, by maintaining a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care, by serving as a liaison between staff and administration, by promoting productivity of staff, by developing and implementing policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards.

To fill this role, you'll need

• Must possess RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience is required and three (3) years of experience in nursing management is preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).
