Ignite Medical Resort St. Peters is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee the day-to-day nursing operations of a busy Post-Acute Rehab unit. This role requires RN licensure in Missouri and leadership experience.

The candidate will lead nursing staff during the 2p-10p shift, ensure compliance with quality standards, and partner with the healthcare team to enhance resident outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in Missouri
• Minimum of 2 years in ADON or nurse leadership/management
• Must pass background screening
