Qualifikationen

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license and PA State CS registration
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience; leadership experience required
• Experience supervising physicians and APPs
• Strong knowledge of quality metrics and regulatory standards
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer apps

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care while maintaining an active clinical practice
• Oversee medical providers to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance
• Recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and evaluation of physicians and APPs
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and lead quality initiatives
• Ensure compliance with FQHC, HIPAA, OSHA, and other standards
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning
• Improve access to care by optimizing templates, productivity, and coverage
• Develop strong relationships with staff, administration, and partners
• Represent the organization in professional and regulatory settings
• Develop clinical policies, workflows, and procedures
