The ideal candidate will assist in preparing monthly financial statements and monitoring budgets, demonstrating strong leadership with at least 3 years' experience at the Controller level in a hospital setting. Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at the Controller level in an acute-care, for-profit hospital.
• CPA or Master's Degree strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the CFO in administering general accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Prepare, analyze, and monitor monthly financial statements.
• Support budget modifications and departmental budget development.
• Monitor hospital financial performance and identify trends.
