Job summary

Liberty University is seeking a Cheerleading Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in developing talent and coordinating weekly practices and game-day performances. You will be present for all practices and games, supervise squads, and assist with clinics and recruitment around campus and events in the area.

The role demands travel, evening and weekend availability, and strict adherence to LU policies. It is a part-time, temporary position designed to mentor student-athletes while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience on a collegiate cheerleading team.
• Staffing experience preferred.
• Able to work nights, weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach with managing cheerleading practices and performances.
• Attend all game day performances and supervise cheerleaders at events.
• Assist with clinics and recruiting on campus/remotely and at events.
• Strictly adhere to Liberty University policies and represent the University well.
