• Know and implement athletic policies approved by the Board of Education.
• Interpret regulations for staff and ensure compliance.
• Serve as role model for student athletes.
• Coordinate and support staff of coaches.
• Schedule, transportation, and tournament preparations.
• Maintain equipment and facility safety.
• Mentor students on character development.
