Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or eight+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in a closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CFO in managing all aspects of hospital financial operations including accounting, budgeting, audits, tax reporting, and financial planning.
• Oversee financial performance across service lines, departments, and cost centers; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with operational and strategic goals.
• Assist with forecasting, productivity analysis, and long-term capital planning for sustainable performance.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and operational performance reports.
• Evaluate utilization, productivity, and expense management to ensure efficient resources.
• Participate in hospital operation reviews and meetings with stakeholders; present analyses and recommendations.
• Mentor and develop staff to enhance analytical capabilities and operational knowledge.
