Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our centers with our world‑class curriculum and staff. You will educate parents and teachers on the importance of early childhood education and help translate that value into daily child learning experiences.

As an Assistant Director, you will support enrollment, accreditation, and operations while building partnerships with families, licensing authorities, and corporate partners to ensure center success and

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Speak and write English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed, including teacher, cook, and/or driver.
