KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Director for Skyrise School on East 75th Street to lead center operations, support teachers, and drive enrollment and accreditation efforts. With our world-class curriculum and a collaborative team, you will educate parents and staff, partner with licensing authorities, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.

This role requires at least two years in early childhood education and strong administrative skills; you will contribute

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and achieving enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
• Serve in various roles as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver.
