Job summary

Early Learning Academies is seeking a qualified Assistant Center Director with childcare center experience. A degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is preferred, and EDU 119 plus at least 12 ECE semester hours are required.

This position offers competitive pay ($15.50–$17.50/hour USD), paid training, ongoing coaching, health/dental/vision benefits, paid holidays and time off, a 401K with company match, and a no nights or weekends schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled).
• Experience teaching young children.
• Ability to meet state and federal licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support early childhood development through structured activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain classroom quality and licensing compliance.
• Contribute to staff coaching, training and mentoring.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess experience in a childcare center, with a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) being preferred. Additionally, completion of EDU 119 and a minimum of 12 semester hours in ECE are required.

Pay Range

$15.50 - $17.50 USD
