Job summary

Hammer Media in Austin, TX, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Casting Producer to join Financial Audit. You will partner with Senior Producers on casting strategy, source and recruit guests, and help align talent with our brand.

This in-office role is fast-paced, collaborative, and requires strong communication, organization, and a passion for standout talent. Relocation assistance and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Must be an effective and professional communicator, written and verbal.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• Review interest applications and manage high call volume with prospective show guests.
• Assist with casting for Financial Audit and other shows as needed.
• Take care with managing guest information and documentation.
• Help to keep the production schedule consistent and ensure team members are in the right place.
• Help with the execution of content, both on sets and in pre-production, as needed.
• Communicate with past guests to ensure ongoing support and track progress.
• Arrange for guests to receive budgeting app, classes, and other resources we provide.
