• At least 2 years of experience in merchandise buying and/or planning.
• At least 2 years of experience analyzing data and implementing performance improvements.
• Experience in a high-volume sales category.
• Strong business acumen, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas and pivot tables.
