Job summary

Rockcastle Health & Rehabilitation Center, part of Signature HealthCARE, LLC, is seeking a capable professional to support the Business Office Manager and learn the business side of long-term care. You will assist in daily BO operations, handling budgets, records, and office supplies, and you may fill in as the Business Office Manager when needed.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, coupled with a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of management/supervisory experience.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management duties in the Business Office.
• Assist Business Office Manager in day-to-day operation of Business Office including budgeting, records, and office supplies.
• Assist with End of Month procedures.
• Fill in as Business Office Manager as needed.
