Pikes Peak Post Acute is hiring an Assistant Business Office Manager to support billing, Medicaid pending processes, and accounts receivable within a skilled nursing facility. This full-time position offers a hands-on role in a patient-centered environment with collaborative teamwork.

The successful candidate will have Medicaid pending and cash collection experience in a SNF, along with at least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting related to skilled nursing facilities.

  • Contribute to day-to-day financial operations for the facility.

What to Expect: Assist the Business Office Manager in the proper billing, collections and management of the Medicaid Pending and accounts receivable functions of the facility

Successful Candidates:
  • Medicaid pending and cash collection experience in a skilled nursing facility
  • required

Rate: $22-$24/hour
