Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose potential problems, and assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems. About the Role:

As a CBRE Maintenance Sr. Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
