Pacific Partners Insulation South is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead and support branch operations across production, field, office, and warehouse teams. You will drive safety, quality, inventory control, and customer satisfaction while guiding staff and contractors.

This senior role requires ownership, decisive leadership, and the ability to step in for the Branch Manager, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of construction or insulation experience preferred.
• Take ownership, make decisions, and follow through.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead people and hold teams accountable.
• Working knowledge of construction operations, safety, plans, and job specifications.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the day-to-day operation and performance of the branch.

• Monitor production, labor, material usage, job costs, overtime, and operational results.
• Coach and develop employees and help maintain appropriate staffing.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer service, and profitability.
• Take leadership of daily branch operations when the Branch Manager is unavailable.

Assistant Branch Manager

to serve as the second-in-command of the branch and a key partner to the Branch Manager. This is a broad management position with responsibility across operations, production, employees, customers, safety, quality, inventory, and branch performance. You must be comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, holding people accountable, and stepping in to lead the branch when the Branch Manager is unavailable.

Compensation & Schedule

This is an hourly management position.

paying $28–$33/hour plus overtime.

The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, approximately 50 hours per week, with Saturdays as needed.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs., enter attics and crawlspaces, climb ladders and scaffolding, and perform other physical activities associated with construction job sites. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
