Job summary

Money Mart is seeking an experienced store manager for our New York location to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee cash handling, supervise staff, and maintain compliance with policies while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of supervisory retail/financial services experience, a high school diploma, and a sales-driven mindset. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a management or supervisory role in retail/financial services.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service and achieving targets.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store profitability and meet sales targets.

• Deliver results on store profitability goals
• Provide a quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all customer transactions
• Handle cash and accurately enter transactions into the system
• Contact customers over the phone with past due balances and negotiate payment terms and schedulesSupervise Financial Service Representatives to ensure sales targets are met
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance and policies are followed
• Audit documentation to ensure accuracy

Successful candidates will:

• Have a minimum of one-year experience in a management or team lead role
• Have a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a preference
• Be sales driven and customer service focused
• Have a track record of developing a sales team and achieving financial goals
• Have previous cash handling experience
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
