Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.) is hiring for an on-site Assistant Manager in South Carolina. The role focuses on loan sales, customer outreach, and building lasting relationships to help customers reach their financial goals.

Base pay starts at $19.00–$28.00/hour with uncapped bonus potential. Top performers can reach total compensation around $72,640 annually, including bonuses and a monthly performance bonus of up to $1,200.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle—while recommending tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in the training and coaching of new team members, providing a culture of growth for yourself and your team.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers to resolve past-due balances through payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in all lending activities.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on loan terms and optional products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options.
• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Top performers in this role can earn up to $72,640 per year in total compensation, including bonus. Base pay starts at $19.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on skills and experience, and our bonus program lets you earn up to an additional $1,200 every month based on your individual and team performance.

In This Role, You Will

Work Schedule:

This is an on-site role serving customers in person and by phone. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays and late evenings may be required based on business needs.
