Estacada High School is seeking an Assistant Wrestling Coach for the 26/27 winter season. The position focuses on coaching duties and building a sustainable program culture within a K-12 community.

Candidates should have ASEP or NFHS certification before first day, first aid training, and prior coaching experience is preferred. Stipends will be determined by experience and the current salary schedule.

• Ability to relate well with adolescent youngsters in a variety of settings.
• Commit to excellence, must advance to OSAA State Playoffs within 4 years
• Prefer coaches with at least 2 years experience post HS

Assistant Wrestling Coach -Winter 2026/2027

Estacada High School is seeking an assistant wrestling coach for the 26/27 winter season.

PERSONNEL-FIRST STAFFING

We believe in putting the right people in the right seats. Rather than hiring for a specific level from the outset, we are looking for the most qualified applicants and the best overall fit for our program's culture. Final roles and responsibilities will be determined based on the unique strengths, experience, and chemistry of the selected candidates.

Position will remain open until filled.

Stipends: In accordance with Head & Assistant Coaching positions based on experience & current Licensed Salary Schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

• ASEP or NFHS Certification prior to first day coaching.
• First Aid or ability to obtain training.
• Prior coaching experience preferred.
• Online Public School Works training completed prior to the first day with players.
• Must pass Fingerprint-based Criminal Background check that will be required at employee’s expense upon offer of employment.
• Type20 Oregon Driver's License or ability to add prior to the start of the season.
