Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Comparable amount of training and experience may substitute minimum qualifications.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass criminal background investigation.
• VHSL Coaches’ Education and Pre-Season Meetings led by BCPS Athletic Director.

Responsibilities

• Provide practice, support, supervision and advice for the team to be successful during the season.
• Organize out-of-season workouts, tryouts and season practices.
• Collaborate with administration and athletic director on scheduling impacting the sport.
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to athletes and team.
• Perform related work and some administrative tasks as needed.
