Job summary

The Episcopal Academy invites applications for an Assistant Boys' Soccer Coach for the 2026 season. The role supports the Varsity Head Coach in planning practices and directing training and conditioning of student‑athletes on a competitive program.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of coaching experience, a high school diploma, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a valid PA driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of coaching experience.
• Strong organization, time management and interpersonal communication.
• Valid PA driver’s license.
• Ability to mentor student-athletes of varying skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing practice sessions for the Boys' Soccer program.
• Support the Varsity Head Coach in conditioning and instruction.
• Contribute to game preparation and athlete development.
• Maintain positive, respectful interactions with players and families.
