The Coach will ensure compliance with regulations, maintain equipment, and collaborate with school staff and community resources. The stipend ranges from $1,000 to $2,500 per season based on experience.

• Encourage student participation and establish rapport.
• Motivate participants/athletes to achieve maximum potential.
• Maintain equipment and uniforms.
• Supervise all areas of participation including gyms, fields, and arenas.
• Work collaboratively with staff, Activities Director, families, and community resources.
• Maintain compliance with all rules and regulations of the MSHSL.
• Comply with all school district regulations and policies.
• Develop a program specific handbook.

The Coach provides leadership and expertise regarding the rules, strategies, and techniques for the assigned activity, utilizing knowledge of the specific equipment, physical fitness and safety to prepare participants mentally and physically to compete at the highest level.

Schedule & Compensation

58 days per season.
