Lucky Strike Entertainment in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Assistant Mechanic to help maintain bowling lanes, pinspotters, and building equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to repairs, and support the maintenance team in daily center operations.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a willingness to learn, with opportunities to progress into a Mechanic role through the company training program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with emphasis on algebra, geometry and applied mathematics (Optional).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven team player.
• Eager to continue training to advance into a Mechanic role.
• Candidates with previous mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain top performance of lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to repairs promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA requirements.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance programs and daily center maintenance.
• Participate in the training program within the prescribed time frame.
• Support leadership teams and report issues promptly.
• Identify and resolve common equipment issues.
• Understand operation of all bowling equipment in the center.
