Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) is seeking a BCaBA to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As an Assistant Behavioral Analyst, you will support a BCBA, supervise a team of Behavior Technicians, and help deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism.

You will contribute to parent training, write progress reports, and participate in regular team meetings, with a focus on professional growth and clinical excellence within a well-established organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum one year experience working with children with autism.
  • Eligible to sit for BCaBA.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Behavioral Analyst you will:

  • Work under the direction of a BCBA.
  • Oversee a team of Behavior Technicians and clinical programs

  • Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum one year experience working with children with autism
  • Eligible to sit for BCaBA(An undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis)
  • Minimum one year experience working with children with autism
  • Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
  • Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position
  • Demonstrated ability to train others
  • Strong communication and writing skills; bilingual skills highly valued
