Job summary

Eisenhower High School is seeking an Assistant Baseball Coach for the 2026–2027 school year. The coach will instruct student‑athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition while fostering teamwork and a positive educational experience.

Applicants should have a valid teaching certification (or be able to obtain KSHSAA Rule 10 certification), knowledge of coaching methods, and CPR/First Aid certification preferred. This is a supplemental contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• Valid teaching certification or ability to obtain KSHSAA Rule 10 certification.
• Fundamental knowledge of baseball and coaching methods.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

We are seeking individuals who are committed to teaching and modeling sportsmanship, building school pride, and increasing student and community involvement. This position will remain open until filled.

Position Summary:

The coach is responsible for instructing student‑athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. This role also focuses on providing a positive educational experience that fosters skill development, teamwork, and an appreciation for the sport.

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification or the ability to obtain Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) Rule 10 certification
• Fundamental knowledge of the assigned sport or activity
• Ability to utilize a variety of instructional methods to teach sport‑specific skills and objectives
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
