Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks an Assistant Barber Shop Leader to guide a team of barbers and stylists. You will energize the team, mentor talent, and ensure an exceptional client experience while collaborating with the Shop Leader on standards, cuts, colors, and service quality.

The role requires a CO license and 3+ years behind the chair, plus 1+ year in management. Competitive commission (45–55%) with potential to earn $75k–$100k annually, plus benefits.

As an Assistant Shop Leader, you'll start at 45% commission and scale up to 55%! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our leaders usually take home an average of $75,000-$100,000/year.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN ASSISTANT BARBER SHOP LEADER

We are available when our clients need us, which means peak hours are during evenings and weekends. As a full-time leader, you'll need a flexible schedule that allows you to support the team when they need it most.

As an Assistant Barber Shop Leader, you will step into the shop ready to energize the team, support barbers and stylists, and create an unbeatable client experience. You will work closely with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards on cuts, colors, and shaves, and provide ongoing mentorship, helping stylists grow their skills and refine their craft. You will take an active role in recruiting, ensuring the team is stacked with great talent. Behind the scenes, you'll manage inventory, purchase orders, and month-end tasks to keep the shop running smoothly. You'll also work behind the chair, staying connected to the client experience while leading by example.

OUR IDEAL ASSISTANT BARBER SHOP LEADER
