You will work with the Branch or Market Manager to meet performance goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion digital banking adoption for customers and staff.

Key Accountabilities

Education & Experience Required

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of sales experience
• 1+ years of leadership or financial branch management experience

Preferred

• Business certification within 2 years of hire
