Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Hilltop bakery at community events, vendor shows, and local business visits
• Plan and complete marketing routes, donation deliveries, and brand outreach
• Assist in coordinating and executing bakery-sponsored and external events
• Support in-bakery operations during high-volume days or as needed
• Maintain marketing records and log activities using our internal tracking tools

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required
• Company vehicle provided for work-related driving
• Bakery shifts may be assigned based on business needs
• Strong communication skills and a polished, guest-focused demeanor required
