Qualifications

• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role.
• Experience creating a superior guest experience and training new team members.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Partners with Bakery Manager in leading operations and team activities.
• Supports recruiting, training, and performance feedback for team members.
